Remember that part in the Grinch where his heart grows three sizes? Let that be you!

I've dreaded the holidays ever since I learned Santa wasn't real. The magic was gone and it seemed to be all about gifts and fake smiles.

No matter your relationship with the holidays, it can feel lonely or stressful. So many expectations and obligations.

With COVID, we are likely stuck in our houses, unable to see our loved ones, or stuck with them for way too long.

I'm creating what I needed a while ago---a community that supports each other through the tough parts of the holidays.

A community that can dance, create, and share their real selves with others. Without judgment or unwarranted opinions.

Come learn how you can set boundaries, be your true self, and release the things that make you dread the holidays.

Don't slush your way through another horrible holiday!

Why join?

You deserve to have a safe space to connect with others

You have the power to change your relationship with the holidays

You can release your past experiences through dance, art, journaling, and meditation.

You will meet AMAZING speakers who will teach you how to set boundaries (and stick to them!), mindfulness, and how to overcome feelings of guilt and shame.

Part of the proceeds will benefit an alternative school so that kids who are turning their lives around will have a savings fund for the future.

And last but not least...

IT'LL BE FUN!!!

our kids programs

non-sexual consent

It's never too soon to learn about consent! We have programs for Kindergarten through elementary school. We will teach about safe touch vs. unsafe touch and asking permission to give others a hug, to pet their dog, or to share their toys. We will use engaging stories and examples to discuss our bodies and how to stay safe with kids and adults. We will learn that our voice is important and how to speak up if we are uncomfortable.

This course creates the framework for treating others with respect and kindness. It also helps to prevent and report sexual abuse.

consent

We have middle school and high school programs that center on non-sexual and sexual consent. We also have programs for children with learning differences to help them understand these necessary concepts. We will discuss how to identify if you or your partner feels uncomfortable and sexual abuse. We will also discuss ways to help keep us and our friends accountable and how to report sexual abuse.
